Cephalopod Week Wrap-Up

16:41 minutes

During our second annual Cephalopod Week, we celebrated octopus, cuttlefish, and all things tentacled. SciFri community manager Brandon Echter rounds up the highlights from the week-long cephaloparty. And SciFri education manager Ariel Zych and biologist Chuck Fisher join us from the exploration vessel Nautilus. They talk about the hydrothermal vent ecosystems along the Galápagos Rift region that they’ve observed while aboard the ship.

With every donation of $8 (for every day of Cephalopod Week), you can sponsor a different illustrated cephalopod. The cephalopod badge along with your first name and city will be a part of our Sea of Supporters!
