Bennett Epstein retired after a career as a partner in a national law firm. Bennett defended companies that faced labor and employment disputes and counseled them regarding employment law compliance.
In addition to his employment and labor practice, Bennett developed a respected niche practice representing NPR member stations, public radio programs and podcasts. He also represented radio and podcast hosts and content providers. Bennett had served as outside general counsel to WBEZ, the Chicago Public Radio station, “This American Life” and “Serial” podcasts.
Bennett lives in a Chicago suburb with his wife and their dog, Gus and part of the year outside Bend, Oregon. He is passionate about fly fishing and organizations that support the restoration and health of rivers.
