Since 2011, the Pennsylvania Earth Science Teachers Association (PAESTA) has provided instructional materials using high-impact pedagogical practices; developed and disseminated materials around advocacy for our field; and provided opportunities for members to engage in teacher leadership.  As a state affiliate of the National Earth Science Teachers Association (NESTA), we are creating a strong and active community of Pennsylvania educators working together to elevate the understanding of and respect towards the Earth and Space sciences as a discipline.
