| One of the biggest promises offered by research into human genetics is the prospect of 'personalized medicine.' But is personalized medicine necessarily better medicine? We'll talk with Leonard Fleck about the prospects of personalized medicine and some of the ethical issues involved. If doctors can tell that one person might not respond as well to a given treatment as another person, is it right to withhold that treatment?
