Steven Strogatz Talks Math
What are the odds? How are we connected? And does it all add up? Steven Strogatz, professor of applied mathematics at Cornell University, joins us to run the numbers. He's the author of several books, including 'Sync: The Emerging Science of Spontaneous Order' and 'The Calculus of Friendship,' about his correspondence with his high school calculus teacher over the span of 30 years.
