Studying Epilepsy in Sea Lions
In this segment, live from the annual meeting of the American Association for the Advancement of Science in San Diego, we'll talk about what marine mammals can teach us about human biology. Some researchers are studying epileptic seizures in sea lions, caused by algal blooms at sea, as a model for human epilepsy.
