Cancer Vaccine Update
Cancer researchers met this week in Orlando to discuss the latest findings in clinical oncology. We'll talk with one of the doctors involved with a phase III clinical trial of a vaccine that, researchers believe, may be able to boost the human immune system, improving the treatment of melanoma and extending the time that patients remain cancer-free after treatment. Where does cancer vaccine research stand today?
