Ched Talks: The First-Ever SciFri Wine and Cheese Night

Come join Ira and members of the SciFri staff for an exclusive night on the science of cheese.

UPDATE: This event is now full. Thanks to all for your interest!

If you’re a long-time listener of Science Friday, you know we love our food science. We’ve learned that chocolate is a crystal, how to make the best homemade ice cream, and what tones will make your food taste better. What better way to enjoy your favorite snack than by learning the science around it?

With that in mind, we’re proud to announce our first-ever Science Friday Wine and Cheese Night!

Come join Ira and members of the SciFri staff at Murray’s Upstairs on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 from 7–9 p.m. for an exclusive night on the science of cheese, including a conversation with experts, a short video screening, and (of course) all the wine and cheese you want.

Tickets are extremely limited, so make sure to get yours early!

This event is a collaboration between Murray’s Cheese Cave Master, Murray’s Cheese Bar events, and the Science Friday Initiative.
