Mom always said to be sure to get enough sleep -- but a new study suggests it may be even more important than previously thought. In research reported this week in the journal 'Sleep,' researchers found that men who regularly got less than six hours of sleep a night were four times more likely to die early than men who got regular amounts of sleep. Puzzlingly, however, a similar effect was not observed in insomniac women. We'll talk about the work and what it might mean.
